I love teas that complement the flavors of the current season. Like so many other traditions, I can remember using cloves and poking them into a giant orange to hang on the Christmas tree. Our living room would smell of warm spices and sweet oranges. I use this memory as the inspiration for my Sugar and Spice Holiday Tea. Sugar and Spice combine flavors of the holiday season to recreate that warm, sweet, spicy scent.
